Chaitali H. Desai

Chaitali Desai is a lawyer and has her office located in Mississauga. She has been called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and prior to her call to the Bar she was employed in various boutique law firms since 2003. This background in law has helped her develop excellent understanding skills of identifying issues in any matter related to complex family law litigation.

She practices only family law and has keen interest in Family Law matters. She believes that not necessarily all cases should end up in court. She interacts with clients, analyzes and aims to provide best legal course of action to be initiated in family law proceedings while having a complete understanding of the client's emotional strain. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

She has also been admitted to the Bar Council of Gujarat, India in the year 1999 and has graduated from one of the renowned law schools in India namely, Symbiosis Society's Law College at Poona, India. She has participated in debates and moot court competitions at national level and has attended law conference at National Law School at Bangalore, India.

Besides being a lawyer, she is an animal lover and has worked with SPCA for the protection of animals in India. She has been designated as Animal Welfare Officer by the Animal Welfare Board of India. Also, she learned Indian Classical music from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi, where one of her guru has been Shubha Mudgal.

Chaitali lives in Mississauga with her husband and a nine year old daughter. On weekends or days off, you will find her spending time with her family or listening to Indian classical music, or meditating.
