What is the difference between binding arbitration and non-binding arbitration?
In binding arbitration, the arbitrator's decision is final and legally
enforceable, meaning the parties are bound by the arbitrator's award. In
non-binding arbitration, the parties are not obligated to accept the
arbitrator's decision and may pursue litigation if they are dissatisfied with
the outcome.
